The Mission of the Rhode Island Society of Technology in Education (RISTE) is to promote excellence in education through the integration of existing and emerging technologies.
RISTE provides technology leadership, support and training for K-12 educational community. The membership meets regularly to promote innovative educational practice. RISTE also facilitates member networking as a means of support.
Membership is open to all Rhode Island K-12 public, private-independent, and religious schools. RISTE is an affiliate of the International Society of Technology Educators (ISTE).
RISTE is a not-for-profit association. It is a registered, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt institution whose purpose is to promote educational technology in Rhode Island K-12 schools.
