RISTE is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt institution whose mission is to promote excellence in education through the integration of existing and emerging technologies.  

Our membership includes educators in public K-12 school districts, private-independent K-12 schools and religious K-12 schools.

RISTE provides leadership, support and training for educational leaders, educators, and technology professionals.

The membership meets regularly to discuss business matters, educational practice, and technology. RISTE also facilitates member networking as a means of support.

Building relations with Corporate Sponsors is an important aspect of our work. Successful engagement with our corporate sponsors, allows for a mutual sharing of emerging trends in education and technology through workshops, demonstrations, and sharing of resources.  Educators must understand the technology products and services in order to make the best choices to benefit the students.  Corporate sponsors help us by providing that up to date information required to make informed decisions at the school and classroom level.
