In an effort to simplify the process of preparing and publishing bids, RISTE uses the Bidnet Direct bidding service.  This service reduces the time it takes to prepare a bid and eliminates the travel expenses or mailing costs associated with manual submission. Overt alerts to deadlines, errors and omissions minimize the chances of a vendor submitting an incomplete or inaccurate bid.

An account must be created to view open and past solicitations, but there is no charge to submit bids.
