Kathy Gray is the Employer Liaison for the Core Skills Partnership (CSP), a workforce development initiative funded by the GWB through a Real Pathways grant. In collaboration with the CSP Leadership Team, Kathy has created policy and designed this onsite incumbent workforce training program that partners with employers and Adult Education agencies. She was the Program Director of Literacy Volunteers of Kent County (LVKC) for 5 years and obtained certification as a RI Substitute Teacher. Adding to that nonprofit and educational background, she also has a background in business and was a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
