Annual Membership Meeting will be held VIRTUALLY this year.
Article IX. Meetings
The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held yearly between March 1 and June 30. A quorum shall consist of the voting-eligible members present. Questions shall be decided by a simple majority.
We'll update you on RISTE's work over the last year and hold a vote to approve an Election By-laws change during this meeting.
Proposed language:
“The 2020 election will be postponed until Spring of 2021. The terms for each of the current board members will be extended for one year.”
According to Article XV of the RISTE Bylaws, “these Bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the voting-eligible members attending a regular or specially called meeting of the Association, provided that notice of the proposed changes has been sent to the membership not less than 30 days prior to the meeting.”
