AI & Machine Learning: A Curriculum for Students (Grades 6-10)

on May 4 from 9:00 to 11:00.

In this interactive, hands-on session, you will take a tour through Code.org's CS Discoveries Unit 7: AI & Machine Learning. This unit serves as an introduction to developing a machine learning model with tabular data and an exploration of how computers learn from data to make decisions so that students can develop machine learning projects around real-world data. By participating in this session you will get an introduction to artificial intelligence and machine learning, practice key concepts included in the unit, engage with AI Lab and App Lab, Explore end of chapter projects and make a plan for implementing the unit with your students. All participants will leave with access to the free AI/ML Self-Paced Professional Development Module to help you teach this course to your students - whether or not you have previous experience with coding or AI!

Please note that this is a 2 hour session.
